Cabbage Hash Browns
This savory recipe is an easy addition to your low-carb breakfast with just 6 simple ingredients–and just as delicious as regular hash browns!
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- ½ small onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, garlic powder, and salt. Season with black pepper. Add cabbage and onion to egg mixture and toss to combine. Prep a large skillet with nonstick spray and place over medium-high heat. Divide mixture into 4 patties in the pan and press with spatula to flatten. Cook until golden and tender, about 3 minutes per side. Enjoy with “Heinz – no sugar added” ketchup or “I can’t Believe it’s not Butter” Spray.
