I lost my confidence and felt depressed because I had tried everything to lose weight without success. I was diagnosed with fatty liver, hypertension, and high cholesterol levels. Given our family history of diabetes, I was terrified that I would develop it soon.

It was wonderful talking with the team, especially Jessica, even though I was far away in Ghana. Meeting them was a unique experience.

I remember that whenever I traveled to Asia, I was unable to shop for dresses for myself because of my weight. Now, however, I can find my size. My confidence has been restored: my blood pressure is normal, my cholesterol levels are okay, and my liver is functioning properly.
