The thing that I am thankful for the most is that I no longer have to take all the medication that I did before. I was having to take a lot of medication for arthritis. Needless to say, after I had lost my first 30 pounds, I didn’t need the medicine anymore! I didn’t have arthritis. My body was just too heavy for my knees and feet to carry. I am so thankful for having the opportunity to change my life.

I honestly don’t remember ever feeling this good before. I am a totally different person. I have plenty of energy now.
